Situation:

Provision of warehousing & storage.

Task:

Undertake warehousing operation for an off shore client acting as there UK base and providing them a UK presence.

Action:

Create & organiseaccount management team to undertake & oversee all client requirements in dealing with receipt, storage, despatchto customer support & returns and all issues entailed with the smooth running of the clients operation.

Result:

Client has achieved UK presence with marginal cost and ease.

The service has extended to ICS receipting product on behalf of clients suppliers from UK & Europe to ship to the states.
