Trouble Shooting & Special Projects
Situation:
Reprogram & QC 35,000 large flat screen TV’s.
A Walmart USA group purchase with screens set for US and not UK channels.
Required a quick and immediate solution due to the lead times in to “Black Friday” sales and the High value product requiring technical ability.
Task:
To organisea “one stop solution” with a dedicated technical team to undertake secure transport, storage, QC and rework of the product
Time frame 2 weeks to undertake work.
Action:
Organised a dedicated team and area to receive and power up sets for QC inspection and reprogramming.
Undertake 24/7 rework programme
Utilised ICS transport fleet to undertake safe & secure collection and delivery of set items from ASDA DC Teesport.
Result:
Project managed and undertaken according to client requirements and specifications in the time frame stated with full accountability and reporting.
Product was returned to client in safe & secure manner.
