Re-Processing Stock

Situation:

Required to process 400,000 units weekly

Task:

To undertake continual receipt, process and despatchof garments to meet weekly store replenishment requirements on an ongoing basis.

Action:

• Create a team of experts to oversee & undertake the project
• Containers receipted and GRN, Warehouse & Storage
• Quality control / inspection and penalties imposed
• Remedial work undertaken
• Garments ‘up & hanged’
• Steam tunnel & full wet work facility
• Hanging storage / consolidation
• Account management and orders processed according to store, country and franchise requirements
• Merging of styles and categories for despatch.

Result:

Target achieved and exceeded.
