Multiple Order Fulfilment

AIS – New Season call offs.

Situation:

AIS customer product allocation and despatch at the start of each season.

Task:

Start of each season we have 14 days to undertake all call offs.

Action:

Receipt of all new season stock and store call offs. Start of each month new orders are received via direct IT interface with orders received daily and despatched next day. Each stores order is collated & merged to reduce shipping costs and despatched.

Result:

Achieved 99.5% despatch rate.
