Well known High Street Retailer-Store Clearance at short notice!

Situation:

Time critical clearance of retail stores throughout the UK.

Task:

Organise and undertake the clearance of 47 stores in 48 hours!

Action:

Organised a logistical strike team to visit each of the nominated stores.

This was achieved by despatching a fleet of 2 manned vans to feed strategically positioned 40ft trailers at set motorway service stations through out the UK.

Result:

Goal achieved in the time allocated with ease.
